DirectPour™ Process

From CAD to Casting: Our DirectPour™ process produces metal castings directly from customer-supplied CAD models using 3D-printed ceramic shells with integrated cores ready for metal pouring. Our advanced 3D printing tech bypasses all the traditional processes of tooling, ceramic or soluble wax cores, injected wax or printed patterns, slurry dipping, stucco coating, wax meltout/burnout. Our printed ceramic is compatible with all air melt and vacuum melt foundry processes. See our Case Studies and Videos.
